On Tuesday 10th May 2022, our founder, Ada Obioha, was part of the panel for Small Business Britain’s Unlocking Digital Potential launch event.
“This report, Unlocking Digital Potential, delivered in partnership with BT, demonstrates how digital has helped businesses grow, with practical advice and tips for businesses to take those next steps to grow and realise their business potential. The report looks at what holds businesses back, and crucially uncovers ways to overcome those barriers in the right way for each business.”
Ada was thrilled to be a part of the event and to also provide her input for the written report:
“We gained several new clients through new technologies such as video and email marketing. Even though we talk about digitisation, we use it to remind people there are still humans working behind the scenes. We are relying on digital more and more, including products like Xero, Slack and Hubspot. Zapier is the newest addition to our digital tools. It helps you automate repetitive tasks between two or more applications – no code necessary. When an event happens in one app, Zapier tells another to perform a particular action. We often use the free version of the tools and it has 100% been worth the investment of our time”
