What are your working hours?

We work 08:30 – 17:30 Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

What type of support can you provide?

We offer a wide range of virtual support from administration & back-office, project management, implementing systems and processes but our specialty is operational and onboarding support for SaaS startups.

Do I need to commit to a set number of hours?

We are flexible and so we offer hourly rates for all clients that would like to ascertain if virtual support will work for them or have short term project needs. No commitment required.

Am I tied into a long contract?

Not at all! We are very flexible with what we offer as we know many startups and small businesses needs change. If on a monthly retainer contract then we ask for 4 week’s notice.

How do you charge?

We charge by the hour. This can be done via an hourly rate or via one of our monthly retainers depending on your requirements

What do you consider your core skills and services? Which ones are outside your scope?

We like to think that there are not many tasks outside our scope. We can help with email management, invoicing, booking travel, project management, helping to set up processes and systems to help whilst you grow, to name but a few! However, we tend to leave SEO and Digital Marketing, Social Media and Content Writing to others

What method of communication do you prefer?

We have a range of ways for you to keep in contact from email, telephone, online meetings, in person meetings (just not fax and post – we like to be paperless)

How long will it take for you to be up and running in our business?

We usually meet with our clients in person (where possible) to discuss your needs and which tasks you wish us to support you with it. Depending on the scale and complexity of the tasks required will determine the timeframe for integrating ourselves. 

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we do! We have Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Cover

Are you ICO Registered?

Yes, we are! Our Registration Number is: ZA720543

How do you track the hours you have done?

We use a great tool called Toggle to keep a track of the number of hours used and to keep track of the time for certain projects or tasks

What happens if my needs change? Can I increase or decrease my hours?

Yes! We understand that the needs of the business can change. We would invite you to have a discussion with us in regards to the adjustment to see what we can do
